Batting Training Strategies for Newbies [Updated]Deep_Parikh (Born Fighters)

I am here with an Updated version of my own Post on Batting Training. There are few changes made in training system recently and thus the post needs to be updated !
First of all, I'll introduce you to myself - I've over 3 years of Experience in this Game and I simply love to train Batsmen ! I've restarted training thrice in my Hitwicket career and that is and will be the Biggest Mistake of mine and I don't want it to happen with the Newbies. Many Newbies are confused and misjudged in the Training and so I'll like to help out you guys here......
The First Question that arises in a Newbie's Mind is that how shall he start the Batting Training !
To Start with, First of All - You'll get a Very Nice Scout & train your Players depending on your Scout ! Suppose, your first Scout is a Young Spinner then Buy some 18-19 Years Accomplished/Useless type Spinners at Cheap Rate & train them for a Whole Season & then sell them at Decent Price, I am sure you would make atleast 30m Profit !
What's Next ?
--> Go & Buy Some Young Gems from Transfer Market !
What should be the Age of Trainees ?
--> Try to get all the Trainees with less age difference between all of them.
--> If you have financial crisis, then only go for trainees with age of 17.30-18.00 and if you can afford more, then under 17.30 Years trainee would be Awesome !
--> Keep an eye on U20 Cup and make sure your trainees play them, doesn't matter even if you lose all the matches in the U20 Cup !
--> Try that the difference between your Trainees'age dont exceed more than 20-30 Days as it'll help you to take part in U20s.
What should be the Skills of the Trainees ?
--> Try to get minimum Rel/Rel Type Trainees or Acc/Avg or vice-versa....
--> Never end up buying a Gem Trainee like say 17.10 Acc/Acc which leads to buy rest of your trainees are Avg/Avg type. Judge your Finance and buy smartly !
--> You need to be smart in Buying the Gem Trainees as they are the Future of your Hitwicketing Career.
What is the Time Taken for Pops (Both Departments)?
Reliable-Accomplished : 3-4 Weeks
Accomplished- Remarkable-Brilliant : 4-5 Weeks
Brilliant-Exemplary-Prodigious : 5-6 Weeks
Prodigious-Fantastic-Magnificent : 6-8 Weeks
Magnificent-Masterful : 8-10 Weeks
Masterful-Supreme-Magical : 10-13 Weeks
Magical-Legendary-Wonderous : 13-15 Weeks
The Above Time Period may differ slightly as a lot depends on the Age of the Player !
I hope you guys have cleared some doubts from above Answers, I would like to share some other Important Tips too :-
#1 : Try to get Lefty-Righty Trainees i.e 3 Left Handed Trainees & 3 Right Handed ones & open the Batting as Right-Left Combo too.
#2 : Choose Batting Seam or Batting Spin only if you have understood the Game, don't just keep on training in one of these categories for seasons. So, without any doubt, select only Batting Training. With Individual Training coming into play here - It's upto you if you wanna train in a single department (Batting Vs Spin/Seam) but i'll recommend you to go with normal Batting Training as the modern Hitwicket Team will now concede of Seamers and Spinners both in a single team !
#3 : Try to play minimum 2 U20-Cups to gain Experience for your Trainees & don't spend too much money on Bowlers in that U20.
#4 : Don't give Fitness before 21 Years (Season Break Fitness is fine) but no more ! Remember younger the age, more high TSI Rise and fast Pop-Ups !
#5 : Never compare Batting Stars with Bowling Stars or you will feel to shift to Bowling Training.
#6 : If you are planning on long term process in this game, get any 4 of your Batsmen till minimum Supreme/Supreme Batting Skills.
#7 : Don't drop any of your Trainees just because of Form, remember form is temporary, but class in Permanent !
#8 : Most Important - Have Patience & Never Try to Give Up once you start the Batting Training.
